Who Can Join
Membership in Royal Essence Society is intended for women who align with the organization's mission, values, standards, and vision of sisterhood, leadership, elegance, and community impact.

Application Process
Submit Your Application
Complete the official membership application form and submit the nonrefundable $25 application fee. Completion of the application does not guarantee acceptance.
Conduct & Background Review
All applicants consent to a conduct and background review, which may include social media screening, public online presence review, and a character and professionalism assessment.
Initial Interview
Qualified applicants are invited for a first interview with selected society members and leadership representatives to assess personality, professionalism, and alignment with society values.
Presidential Interview
The final interview is conducted with the Society President and Vice President, focusing on overall alignment, character, commitment to service, and leadership potential.
Induction & Welcome
Accepted members are officially inducted into the sisterhood and receive their Official Membership Welcome Box, society apparel, and onboarding materials.
Membership Dues
Annual membership dues are an investment into the continued development and sustainability of Royal Essence Society and its programs.
Due annually on May 9th, the official founding date of Royal Essence Society
Required at time of application submission; covers processing, intake materials, and onboarding preparation
Member Expectations
Membership is not solely based on attendance, but on active participation, accountability, respect, and alignment with the values of Royal Essence Society.

Leadership Opportunities
Leadership within Royal Essence Society is about influence, responsibility, and service rather than status. Every member is encouraged to embrace leadership qualities in her personal life, community, and sisterhood journey.
Vice President
Serves as the Vice President of the society, supporting executive leadership, stepping in to preside over meetings in the President's absence, assisting with membership interviews, and helping guide key organizational decisions.
Community Outreach Chair
Oversees Crowns In Action service initiatives, organizes donation drives, develops community partnerships, and coordinates outreach efforts.
Membership Engagement Chair
Fosters a positive membership experience, supports onboarding, monitors participation, and serves as an advocate for member wellbeing and engagement.
Events & Experiences Chair
Coordinates society events and social experiences, manages event logistics, and ensures gatherings reflect the organization's standards of excellence and elegance.
